Shipping Policy
Kim Smiley offers FREE standard shipping within Canada on all orders over $120. Free shipping offers do not include expediated shipping charges. Delivery time for in stock items is approximately 2-7 business days depending on your location. Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number, billing and shipping address and products purchased. Once your jewelry has been shipped, you will also receive a shipment confirmation email with your unique tracking number. There is also the option to receive text messages with your shipping updates. Standard shipping times do not include weekends, holidays and any unforseen delays that may arise.
CURB SIDE PICK UP
Kim Smiley offers curbside pick-up at the Toronto location as well as expedited shipping for an extra fee. Please see frequently asked questions for more details.

Standard Shipping and Express Shipping are available for all orders that are $99+. All shipping costs are non-refundable. All Kim Smiley products are delivered via Canada Post and come with a tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not offer free shipping on any overseas order outside of Canada and the US. International shipping fees apply based on your delivery location. Prices will be calculated at checkout based on your order's size and weight. For all international orders, please allow a delivery time of 3-9 business days.
